1. How do I place an order?

   To place an order, simply add the products you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping and payment information to complete the order. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

   We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. You can choose the payment method that's most convenient for you at checkout.

3. How much does shipping cost?

   Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You can see the shipping options and costs at checkout before you place your order.

4. When will my order arrive?

   The delivery time depends on your location. All our packages are shipped with Premium service (by Air Mail).. Once you place an order we make your purchases as fast as we can which takes no longer than 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can track its progress.

   Commonly shipping time:
   • Europe 3-5 business days
   • US and Canada 5-12 business days
   • Rest of the world 5-12 business days

5. What is your return policy?

   The return of the products can be made within 14 days, calculated from the moment of receiving the package. To return a product please send e-mails at hrvojesilovic@gmail.com
